At this time, the team is only considering inquiries from families who live in the East Tennessee area. Scott and Ally need a family that will commit to them and provide security, affection and unconditional love that every child deserves.
Scott is talkative and inquisitive. He is athletic and enjoys playing soccer and riding his bike. Scott enjoys activities with others, including hiking or working around the house. He loves superheroes, cars, drawing, and I Spy books. His favorite foods include pizza, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Ally’s strengths are reported to be her intelligence, social nature, and determination. She enjoys learning from others and being involved. She also loves to dance! She is hitting her developmental milestones and uses some baby sign language to communicate.
