Rex is a loving child who enjoys receiving one-on-one attention. Rex likes playing with musical toys and anything that makes noise. He will sometimes watch cartoons for a few moments, but he easily moves on to the next activity. Rex enjoys going for walks around the neighborhood. He likes opening presents for birthdays and Christmas. Rex absolutely loves bubbles!!! He receives bubbles for rewards in his foster home. He loves to have snacks on hand at all times. Rex needs a loving family who will be committed to him into adulthood.
