Raylan is described as “all boy.” He loves to be outdoors and being active. Fishing and skateboarding are fun pastimes of his in the warmer months. His favorite NFL team is the Kansas City Chiefs. He loves country music and will sing along with the radio on a road trip. Raylan is a sweet boy who longs for a forever home where he can have game nights and family dinners. He would love to have at least two siblings in his forever home that he can share his life with. His ideal forever family will provide attention, support, love, and encouragement.
