Joseph is a wonderful and resilient child. Joseph can recognize his caregiver’s voices and is said to “brighten up” whenever they are around. Joseph enjoys listening to music and being around his foster family. Joseph also likes to listen to Paw Patrol, Barney, Sonic and Leap Frog. He enjoys his stuffed animals and musical night light animals. He enjoys when people talk, sing, hold and rock him. Joseph needs a structured and patient forever family that is willing to provide him with unconditional love and care on a daily basis.
